In 1997, Pastor Gary took a step of faith and answered God’s call to move from California to East Tennesse and plant a church. Over 20 years later he remains here with his wife Isabel and their three children. His goal and heart’s desire is to teach the living word of God, and in doing so to light a spark in our community that will grow and blaze in all the world.

Youth Pastor

Pastor Gus originates from Connecticut, and settled to east Tennessee in 2013. He is one of the teaching Pastors here, and is passionate about the word and prayer. He leads the Wednesday Evening Monthly Prayer and Praise Service. He and his wife Lourdes also oversee the Youth Ministry. They have two precious children.

Isabel Hall

Women & Children Ministries

Isabel is the wife of Senior Pastor, Gary Hall. She oversees our Women’s and Children’s ministries; as well as serving in American Heritage Girls (AHG). Isabel has a heart for both women and children and helping them grow closer to the Lord and/or come to know Jesus Christ.

Angie Johnson

Administrative Assistant

Angie is a Tennessee native. She is married to Russell and they have 1 child at home; she has 2 step children and 4 grand kids. She believes, “in life, we need to put all faith in Christ and He will take care of the rest.” She loves flower gardening and relaxing at the lake or beach.

Kim Cherry


Kim and her husband, Myron, came to Calvary Chapel Greeneville in 2010 as transplants from Talequa, OK. She has become a valuable member of our team and brought her experience in financial services to serve the Lord as our volunteer church accountant. She also serves as Treasurer for both American Heritage Girls (AHG) and Trail Life USA.

Benevolence Ministry Pastor

Pastor Charlie and his wife Earlene came to Greeneville to establish Mountain Vision Ministries, a benevolence ministry serving Greene County.  He and his wife are truly servants to those in need and we are blessed to have them as part of our team.
