John 8:32—You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Although we may exercise regularly and try to maintain a well-balanced healthy diet, many of us also find the need to take vitamin supplements to keep our bodies functioning in their optimal state.
In that same way, we must nourish our souls with spiritual vitamin supplements. Below are just a small sample of what those may be.

Vitamin A—Acknowledging our sins daily and Asking forgiveness—Colossians 1:14—In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins…

Vitamin B—Daily doses of BIBLE reading and devotional study. 2 Timothy 2:15—Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. 2 Timothy 3:16—All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

Vitamin C—COMING before our Heavenly Father to find strength and rest. Matthew 11:28—Come unto me, all ye that are weak and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Vitamin D— Time in Direct SONlight of our God. John 12:46—I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Vitamin K—Keeping Jesus as the true Lord of our days. Exodus 20:3—Thou shall have no other gods before me.
